Monday has spent much of her life as a broodmare due to her stellar pedigree but would have some interesting stories to tell if she could talk. She spent two weeks with Michelle Tongyai as her Indian Wars reenactment horse in Grand Teton National Park.

Monday's first foal, Pearls King Whiz, by Paprika Whiz, has set a high standard for Monday's younger produce to reach. He earned an Open Performance ROM in his first year of reining competition, then added:

After seeing him compete, one reining trainer tracked us down to see if we would consider selling Monday to him for his breeding program. Somehow that just makes us want to hold on to her a little tighter!

Monday's 2003 colt, Rey Jay Gentleman, is by Missy Rey Freckles, a son of Freckles Playboy out of a daughter of Doc O Lena. Missy Rey Freckles is an NCHA money earning cutter. "Rey Jay," the 2003 colt, is beautifully light on his feet and has hindquarters that make a career as a reiner, cutter, or working cow horse a realistic possibility. Rey Jay was sold as a stud and cutting prospect; we're hoping to hear more of him when he enters competition. He also has a brother one year older, A Little Oh Kay by Oh Kay Quixote, to be watching for on the cutting circuit.

Monday's 2005 filly, nicknamed "Poppins," is a gorgeous palomino filly by Master Cowboy Jac, the replacement stud for Hollywood Jac 86. She is probably the most beautiful foal we have produced.
